Maintain & reviewing the documents as per ISO / TS - 16949:2009 Requirements. Maintain entire instruments & chemicals in thr Lab. Responsible for checking the component drawing carefully. Maintaining and making the quality reports. Maintain paint shop process. Maintain monthly paint consumption. Maintain all paintshop lab test report& recode. Design new zig & hanger. Paint shop problam shot out. Customer end problem short out. Knowledge of 5S, Kaizen.Poka-yoke. Responsible for maintaining 5 ‘S’ on shop floor. All type of maintaining, dainting and painting etc. known every well. Daily Production Planning and manpower planning. Paint maxing&paint check point. Daily Paint reacord& report. Implementing Kaizen at regular intervals. To follow up from sourcing department (For required items ).
