Maintaining and making the quality reports. Maintain paint shop process. Maintain monthly paint consumption. Maintain all paintshop lab test report& recode. Design new zig & hanger. Paint shop problam shot out. Customer end problem short out. Knowledge of 5S, Kaizen.Poka-yoke. Responsible for maintaining 5 ‘S’ on shop floor. All type of maintaining, dainting and painting etc. known every well. Daily Production Planning and manpower planning. Paint maxing&paint check point. Daily Paint reacord& report. Implementing Kaizen at regular intervals. To follow up from sourcing department (For required items ).
