Key Responsibilities:

- **Office Management**: Overseeing daily office operations, managing supplies, and maintaining a functional workspace.
- **Meeting and Event Coordination**: Scheduling and organizing meetings, preparing materials, and handling logistics.
- **Record Keeping and Data Management**: Maintaining organized records, reports, and databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- **Travel Arrangements**: Coordinating travel plans and accommodations for staff as needed.
- **Procurement and Vendor Management**: Managing office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
- **Support for Executives**: Providing administrative support to executives, including calendar management, document preparation, and expense reporting.
- **Compliance and Policy Implementation**: Ensuring adherence to office policies and company guidelines.
- **Financial Record Keeping**: Assisting with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as expense tracking and invoice processing.

Pay: ₹18,065.79 - ₹21,398.12 per month
