_**URGENT HIRING**:_

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- 1. **Financial Reporting**: Preparing and analysing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

2. **Tax Compliance**: Ensuring compliance with tax regulations, preparing and filing tax returns, and handling tax audits.

3. **Budgeting and Forecasting**: Assisting in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts, and monitoring financial performance against budgets.

4. **Accounts Payable and Receivable**: Managing accounts payable and receivable, including processing invoices, payments, and collections.

5. **General Ledger Maintenance**: Maintaining and reconciling the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial records.

6. **Internal Controls**: Implementing and monitoring internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial accuracy.

7. **Financial Analysis**: Conducting financial analysis to support decision-making, including variance analysis, cost analysis, and profitability analysis.

**Audit Support**: Assisting with internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations.

**Skills Required**:

- 1. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

2. Proficiency in accounting software like Tally and Advanced Microsoft Excel.

3. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

4. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.

6. Should know Telugu Language.

7. Should have good knowledge in Data Analytics.

**Educational Pre - Requisites**:

- Should have completed Graduation in Accounts. Masters in Accounts Preferred.

**Experience Required**:

- Fresher

**Salary Range**:

- Rs. 10,000/- per month to Rs. 15,000/- per month.
