We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to join our finance team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone looking to grow their accounting career by gaining hands-on experience in day-to-day financial operations, supporting senior staff, and ensuring accuracy in financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports
  • Process accounts payable and receivable
  • Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts
  • Support month-end and year-end close processes
  • Maintain and update financial records and documentation
  • Assist in preparing tax filings and compliance reports
  • Perform data entry and general administrative duties in the accounting department
  • Help with audits and other financial reviews
  • Communicate with vendors and clients regarding payment issues or account inquiries
  • Adhere to company policies and accounting principles

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience (internships or coursework can be considered)
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹18,000.00 per month
