**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate furnishing activities for ready-to-move flats (including furniture, appliances, curtains, lights, etc.)
- Inspect and ensure the quality of materials delivered and installed on-site.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and interior designers for seamless execution.
- Ensure timely completion of furnishing tasks as per schedule.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, deliveries, and installation.
- Address and resolve on-site issues related to furnishing and finishing.
- Conduct quality checks before final handover to the client.
- Liaise with the client-facing team to understand specifications and customization requirements.
- Ensure cleanliness and site safety throughout the furnishing process.
- Provide daily/weekly reports to the operations team and management.

**Key Requirements**:

- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in real estate furnishing or interior execution.
- Knowledge of furniture, fittings, electrical appliances, and basic civil/interior work.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle site-level challenges independently.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools.
- Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.

Pay: ₹10,238.51 - ₹25,000.00 per month
