**Position**:Assistant Manager-IT [Hardware & Infrastructure]

**-**This role is a combination of Physical & Digital marketing.

**-**Developing strategies and managing marketing campaigns across all platforms to ensure that our products and services meet customer’s expectations and to build the credibility of the brand.

**-**Carrying out market research in order to keep up to date with customer trends, as well as trying to predict future trends.
**-**Brand strategy, including the following of brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition for short as well as long term.
**-**Communicate with industry professionals social media & Physical meets to create a strong network
**-**Develop, Implement and manage our social media strategy.
**-**Maintains online relations with customers by organizing and developing specific customer relations programs.
**-**Organizing events such as product launches, exhibitions and photo shoots, etc.

**Require Key skills**:

- Should be comfortable for going out to understand the market and customers
- Good knowledge of Customer behavior / customer expectation
- Min 3-6 years of social media management experience.
- Knowledge of latest social media practices and technologies
- Good comm skills, ability to coordinate and manage influencers
- Creative and out of box thinker with passion for Marketing

**Knowledge of Tools**:

- Canava
- All social media marketing platforms
- Video editing tools
- Basic knowledge of SEO
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good team player - who is flexible and approachable with fellow team members
- Good English verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive and efficient resource with spirit of accountability & responsibility

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
