**We're looking for a L&D Associate/Instructional designer who will **support with the creation and delivery of learning & development solutions that enables our colleagues develop and increase their performance and have an impact on dunnhumby's growth ambitions. To provide support in creation of learning plans & resources and learning operations & co-ordination to the wider L&D team, our colleagues, and our clients.

**What we expect from you**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in a related discipline
- Experience with learning technologies and use of learning frameworks
- Develop learning content and resources for digital or workshop delivery within the structure and scope of a learning programme or curriculum, with guidance from the programme or curriculum owner
- Ensure content and resources are uploaded to the relevant platforms and tagged appropriately for deployment to colleagues and clients
- Remain up to date with core learning models, frameworks, technologies and platforms and leverage effectively across deliverables
- Build trusted relationships with business and HR stakeholders, supporting to prioritise learning needs aligned with the business strategy and people plan
