Logistics Executive

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and oversee the entire supply chain process, from procurement to delivery, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Coordinate transportation for goods, negotiate with carriers, and track shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Supervise warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods, and implement best practices for inventory control.
- Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely fulfillment and delivery to customers or distribution centers.
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers, negotiate contracts, and evaluate vendor performance.
- Identify potential risks in the supply chain and implement strategies to mitigate these risks.
- Analyze logistics costs, identify areas for cost reduction or process improvement, and implement cost-saving initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and documentation requirements for international shipments.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze data, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in logistics and supply chain management, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements for logistics and international shipments.

- Inventory managers are responsible for managing inventory levels and stock movements. They develop inventory control policies, monitor inventory levels, and coordinate with other departments to ensure that inventory is replenished as needed and that excess stock is minimized.
- Procurement managers are responsible for sourcing and purchasing goods and services for an organization. They negotiate contracts with suppliers, evaluate vendor performance, and ensure that goods are procured at the best possible price and quality.
- Distribution managers oversee the distribution of goods to customers or retail locations. They coordinate with logistics providers and distribution centers to ensure that shipments are delivered accurately and on time.
- Logistics coordinators are responsible for coordinating logistics activities, such as scheduling shipments, tracking deliveries, and communicating with carriers and suppliers. They ensure that logístical operations run smoothly and that customers receive their orders in a timely manner.
- Inventory control specialists are responsible for managing inventory levels and ensuring accuracy in inventory records. They conduct regular audits of inventory, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective actions to maintain inventory accuracy.

Pay: ₹13,856.14 - ₹29,489.44 per month
