**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and send **sales quotations**, price sheets, proforma invoices, and order confirmations accurately and promptly.
- Follow up with the **design and production teams** to track order status and ensure timely completion as per client requirements.
- Monitor inventory, order timelines, and coordinate with logistics for **on-time dispatch** and delivery.
- Maintain and update order processing records, production schedules, and shipment tracking logs.
- Handle client queries related to products, pricing, lead times, and post-sales support.
- Coordinate for **sample dispatches**, approval status, and client feedback for ongoing product development.
- Ensure proper documentation for **international shipments** including packing lists, invoices, certificates (if required), etc.
- Support the sales team during client visits, trade exhibitions, and virtual product presentations.

**Requirements**:

- **Gender**: Female (requirement based on team balance or client preference)
- **Education**: Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or related fields. Jewelry/Export industry diploma is an added advantage.
- **Experience**: Minimum 2-5 years in a sales coordination/export coordination role (preferably in **jewellery**, **gems**, or **luxury goods**).
- Strong command of **spoken and written English**; knowledge of other foreign languages is a plus.
- Proficient in **MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)**; experience with ERP or inventory management software is desirable.
- Good understanding of jewellery products, production processes, and export documentation.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage time-sensitive tasks and work under pressure.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
