Conduct psychological assessments and provide counseling services.
- Diagnose and treat various mental health issues, including stress, anxiety, depression, and behavioral disorders.
- Develop personalized therapy plans based on patient needs.
- Provide cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychotherapy, and other therapeutic interventions.
- Work with individuals, couples, and families to address mental health concerns.
- Guide clients through crisis situations with effective coping strategies.
- Maintain confidential client records and ensure ethical mental health practices.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic patient care.
- Assist in the primary psychological analysis of clients (case history, assessments, observations).
- Support and document individual and group counseling sessions under supervision.
- Accompany the lead psychologist during corporate wellness sessions, group therapy, and outreach programs.
- Prepare session summaries, case notes, and referral documentation as needed.
- Conduct basic psychological assessments and interpret data under guidance.
- Participate in team meetings, debriefs, and training opportunities.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- **Education**: Degree or Master's Degree in Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, or a related field.
- **Licensing**: RCI license will be an added advantage
- **Skills Required**:

- Strong understanding of psychological theories and counseling methodologies.
- Empathetic and patient-centered approach to mental health care.
- Excellent communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to maintain client confidentiality and ethical standards.
- Experience with psychological assessments and therapy techniques.
