**Job Summary**:
As a Telecaller at Amith Tyres, you will play a crucial role in connecting with potential and existing customers to promote our products and services. Your primary responsibility will be to handle inbound and outbound calls, provide excellent customer support, and assist in generating sales leads for the company.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Outbound Calls**:

- Contact potential customers from the provided database to introduce Amith Tyres' products and services.
- Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to generate interest.
- Follow up on previous interactions with potential leads.

**2. Inbound Calls**:

- Address customer inquiries about tyre products, pricing, and availability.
- Provide recommendations based on customer needs.
- Redirect technical queries to appropriate teams when required.

**3. Sales Support**:

- Identify sales opportunities and set up appointments for field sales teams.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and update customer information in the CRM.
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly call and lead generation targets.

**4. Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
- Handle complaints or grievances professionally, escalating unresolved issues as necessary.

**5. Market Feedback**:

- Gather feedback from customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Share insights with the sales and marketing teams for continuous improvement.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Diploma or any degree.
- **Experience**: Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal communication skills
- **Technical Skills**: Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools is desirable.
- **Personality Traits**:

- Friendly and persuasive attitude.
- Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

- Ganapathy, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
