Job Description :

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller with 2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling outbound/inbound calls, explaining products/services, and maintaining customer records. Candidates should have strong communication skills and a professional attitude.

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
  • Explain products/services clearly and convincingly
  • Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries
  • Maintain customer database and update call details regularly
  • Follow up with leads and convert them into customers
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call targets
  • Maintain professionalism and quality in every customer interaction
  • Work closely with the sales/support team when required

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of telecalling or customer support experience
  • Strong communication skills (English / Regional language)
  • Good telephone etiquette and listening skills
  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel, emails, CRM entry)
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet targets
  • Positive attitude and confidence while speaking

Good to Have

  • Experience in customer service, sales, or lead generation
  • Knowledge of CRM tools or call entry software
  • Multilingual speaking ability (Tamil / English / Hindi(Optional)
  • Ability to handle objections and convince customers
  • Strong follow-up skills
  • Experience in outbound calling / cold calling
