Indents Preparation Indents placing with mills & taking indent no's Pending order list maintain & follow ups Maintain Transit details to arrange lifting of material as per transit & take truck details Checking of despatch details with indents for items & rates Entry of Purchase for both (Direct & AAPL) Regular customer orders follow ups (INDENT Business) procure documents recd or not recd agnst orders like p.o., Road permit, etc. Filing all the documents Freight Rate/ Transportation co-ordination SD - CPN - MLD - VD - Rate diff. details to prepare/verification Priority orders (send mails Twice a week) E- Mail to mills asking for complete pending order status Weekly Review with Bilt to take freight bills from transporters Freight bills feeding in transit Direct Billing Payment & local payments for same parties Stock orders details to prepare as per MIL Re-concile payment or deduction records Cancellation of small pending orders Information of cancellations/shortage/excess to the respective customers or Mill KAM (key account management) Despatch Details mail to Parties E - mail details to mills for non release of trucks Unloading Details (Tpt. or Customer) Covering letters with all direct invoicing, Debit notes for service charges to all direct billing customers, damages, shortages, quality issues Price list / Quotation preparation co-ordination with Mill for enquiries from customers/sales Quality Claims

**Salary**: From ₹15,000.00 per month
