**Responsibilities**:

- Execute manual test cases to ensure the quality and functionality of software products.
- Collaborate with the development team to understand project requirements and identify test scenarios.
- Create and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Report defects and issues accurately and in a timely manner using bug tracking tools.
- Participate in project meetings and provide input on testing strategies and methodologies.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software products.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 0-1 year of experience in manual software testing.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
- Knowledge of test case creation, execution, and defect tracking.
- Familiarity with bug tracking tools such as Jira, Bugzilla, or similar.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- ISTQB certification (optional but preferred).
