**Job Description**:
We are seeking a skilled Manual Tester with a minimum of 6 months of experience to join our dynamic and innovative team. As a Manual Tester, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through meticulous testing and reporting. This position offers an excellent opportunity for growth and skill development in the field of software testing.

**Responsibilities**:
Test Case Creation: Develop detailed and comprehensive test cases based on software requirements and specifications.

Test Execution: Execute test cases to identify defects, inconsistencies, and inaccuracies in software functionality, usability, and performance.

Bug Reporting: Clearly document and report defects using a standardized bug tracking system, providing detailed information for the development team to reproduce and address the issues.

Regression Testing: Perform regular regression testing to ensure that previously identified issues have been resolved and that new changes have not introduced unintended side effects.

Exploratory Testing: Conduct exploratory testing to discover any unanticipated issues, user experience flaws, or potential improvements.

Test Documentation: Maintain detailed and organized records of test plans, test cases, and test results for future reference.

Collaboration: Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other team members to understand requirements and contribute to the overall improvement of the software quality.

Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the enhancement of testing processes, methodologies, and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Communication: Clearly communicate testing progress, results, and potential roadblocks to project stakeholders.

Qualifications:
Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience in manual software testing.

Solid understanding of software testing concepts, methodologies, and best practices.

Familiarity with bug tracking systems and test management tools.

Ability to create, execute, and manage test cases independently.

Basic knowledge of programming and scripting languages is a plus.

Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to changing priorities.

ISTQB or other relevant testing certifications are a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 per month
