Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Manual Tester (2+Yrs Exp) located in Coimbatore. The Manual Tester will be responsible for executing manual tests on software applications, identifying bugs, and ensuring the overall quality of the product. Daily tasks include designing and developing test cases, performing detailed testing, documenting test results, and collaborating with development teams to resolve issues. The role involves continuous learning and staying updated with industry best practices in software testing.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in designing and developing test cases, test plans, and test scripts
  • Experience in executing manual tests and identifying bugs
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to document and communicate test results clearly
  • Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies
  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Knowledge of any bug tracking and test management tools is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
