**Job Description**:
We are seeking a Female Customer Relationship Executive to join our team at Fabcurate Pvt Ltd. The CRE will be responsible for maintaining relationships with clients, providing support, information, and guidance, recommending new opportunities, and implementing profit and service improvements. The CRE should have excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Handle a large number of phone calls and multitask between assigned tasks
- Deliver client-focused solutions and create long-lasting relationships
- Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance
- Research and recommend new opportunities for clients
- Implement profit and service improvements

**Requirements**:

- Good communication skills
- Ability to work with computers and understand
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Google sheets, etc.
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Surat, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
