Compliance Officer

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor day-to-day compliance with stock exchanges and depositories.
- Respond to surveillance notices, show cause notices, and adjudicating orders from SEBI, BSE, NSE, MCX, and CDSL.
- Handle SEBI and stock exchange inspections.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely submission of data to regulatory bodies.
- Stay updated on amendments in SEBI and stock exchange compliance regulations.
- Discuss audit observations with internal auditors and take corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with Company Law Board requirements.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3-5 years of experience in a compliance role within the stockbroking industry.
- Strong understanding of SEBI, stock exchange regulations, and depository systems (CDSL).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle regulatory deadlines and inspections.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
