**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Regulatory Compliance**:

- Ensure the organization’s compliance with all relevant statutory requirements, particularly related to Provident Fund (PF), Employees’ State Insurance (ESI), the Factories Act, and other industry-specific regulations.
- Keep abreast of changes in labor laws, environmental laws, and other regulations impacting the infrastructure sector, and ensure the company adapts accordingly.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of compliance documents, including PF, ESI, factory licenses, and other relevant filings.
- Prepare and submit timely reports to regulatory authorities, ensuring all submissions meet legal requirements.
- Oversee the filing and submission of monthly/quarterly/yearly statutory returns for PF, ESI, and other relevant compliance areas.
- **Audit and Inspection**:

- Assist in internal and external audits related to statutory compliance and address any non-compliance findings.
- Coordinate and support government inspections, including Factory Act inspections, labor welfare audits, and other relevant regulatory body audits.
- **Employee Welfare & Benefits**:

- Oversee the compliance of employee welfare programs, ensuring that PF, ESI, and other statutory benefits are being correctly administered and updated.
- Advise HR on legal requirements related to employee benefits and work closely with payroll teams to ensure timely contributions to PF, ESI, and other statutory schemes.
- **Risk Management & Mitigation**:

- Identify and mitigate risks related to compliance violations or failures to meet statutory requirements.
- Develop corrective and preventive actions for non-compliance issues and work towards ensuring adherence to the compliance framework.
- **Regulatory Liaison**:

- Serve as the point of contact with labor authorities, government bodies, and other regulatory agencies.
- Liaise with legal advisors and external consultants as required to ensure compliance with evolving laws and regulations.
- **Policy Development & Enforcement**:

- Assist in the development and implementation of internal policies and procedures to ensure compliance with statutory obligations.
- Ensure compliance policies are regularly reviewed and updated based on changes in legislation or business operations.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**:

- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in compliance management, specifically within the infrastructure or construction industry.
- Practical experience in handling PF, ESI, Factories Act, Labor Law, and other statutory compliance requirements related to the infrastructure sector.
- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Law, or a related field.
- Additional certifications in labor law or compliance (e.g., Certified Compliance Professional) would be an advantage.
- **Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong knowledge of labor laws, particularly PF, ESI, Factories Act, and industry-specific regulations.
- Attention to detail and a thorough understanding of statutory documentation, returns, and audit processes.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with internal teams, employees, and external regulatory bodies.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
