Ethics group of companies is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Manager/Deputy Manager to oversee and drive sales activities within our Transportation & warehousing company across specific regions. As a Manager/Deputy Manager, you will be responsible identifying business opportunities and achieving sales targets in your assigned territory. Job Descriptions: Location: Gurgaon ResponsibilitiesWill be responsible for generating new leads/business in the assigned territoryResponsible for revenue growthFast learner and passion for salesSelf - motivated with results driven approachRetention of existing clients and focus on customersEnsure timely collectionsNegotiate commercial terms with new clientsWill be reporting to RSM Qualifications:Master’s degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong client relationshipsStrong verbal and written communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.Experience of 4-5 Years in Warehousing/Logistics - Business Development
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
