**Job Role**:
You will be responsible for working through critical queues in our project pipeline. This involves ensuring our customer’s databases reflect the latest information in ours (by inputting it) and sending authorization and order requests to our partners in order to move the jobs forward.

**Responsibilities**:

- Data Entry/Transfer
- Update Scheduled Appointment Dates from our CRM to Customer Portal
- Update Reports Received from our CRM to Customer Portal
- Clear queue for projects needing (1) approval and or (2) parts to be ordered

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (biz/marketing/communications)
- Excellent English Communication skills (Verbal/Written)
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
- Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Problem solving ability
- A genuine passion for learning and adapting
- A positive can-do attitude
- Experience with other internships a plus
