**PROFILE - Data Entry Executive**

**QUALIFICATION - 12th pass / Graduate**

**SALARYUpto 15 k**

**EXPERIENCE - Min. 1 + yrs.**

**LOCATION - Bagru**

Data entry in tally / digital and also maintaining physical records.

Filing GST

Reconciling invoices and identifying discrepancies.

Assisting accountant with budget making and reporting.

Preparing budget and expenses report on excel or spreadsheet.

Handling reimbursements and employee OT and comp off.

Releasing salary reports and payments.

Acting as accountant in the absence of accountant whenever necessary.

Visiting banks for finance or bank related activities.

Knowledge in trade finance, export import is required.

Issue invoices to customers and external partners, as needed.

Review and file payroll documents.

Participate in quarterly and annual audits.

Conduct internal asset audit.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹180,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (required)
