**What You Will Do**
- **Team Collaboration**: Understand team goals and requirements, collaborating with other departments to find the best fit.
- **Job Advertisements**: Create and post job ads, distributing them on social media platforms and job portals.
- **Global Interaction**: Interact with global team members to build efficient and scalable recruiting processes.
- **Education**: A Bachelor's degree.
- **Experience**: At least two years of recruitment and operational management experience.
- **Startup Savvy**: Willingness to navigate the ins and outs of a startup environment.
- **Compliance Knowledge**: Familiarity with local employment and business regulations.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: A positive attitude and professional demeanor.
- **Global Team Player**: Ease of working with a global team.
- **Self-starter**: Proactive with a willingness to learn new things.
- **Organized**: Excellent time management and organizational skills.
