**Urgent Hiring for Marketing and Branding Associate for Gurgaon**

**Experience 0-3 years**

As part of the Marketing & Branding Team, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement within the industry. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals

**Responsibilities**:
2. Collaborate with the sales and product development team to align marketing efforts with lead generation goals and contribute to the sales pipeline.

3. Manage the company's online presence, including the website, social media, and other forums, to enhance brand visibility.

4. Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to optimize marketing materials, graphics, and promotional content.

5. Contribute to the development of sales collateral, presentations, and other materials to support the sales team.

6. Stay updated on trends, regulations, and innovations to ensure our marketing strategies remain relevant and competitive.

**Qualifications**:
1. **Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Finance, Economics or related field; master’s degree is a plus.**

2. **Experience - 0 to 3 years**

3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for crafting compelling content and presentations.

5. Understanding of fintech products, services, and market dynamics will be an added advantage

6. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

7. Adaptability to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and a willingness to learn.

8. Strong organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.

9. Energetic and passionate in Marketing and Branding
