**Job Title**: Part-Time Transport Executive

**Location**: The Sanskriti School, Katara Extension Bhopal

**Job Type**: Part-Time

**Job Overview**:
The Transport Executive will be responsible for coordinating and managing the school’s transport operations to ensure the safety, punctuality, and smooth functioning of student and staff transportation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily school transport operations (pick-up and drop routes).
- Coordinate with drivers, attendants, and transport staff for timely operations.
- Maintain and update route plans, schedules, and transport records.
- Handle parent queries and address transport-related concerns.
- Ensure vehicles comply with RTO and safety norms.
- Assist in route optimization to improve efficiency and safety.
- Monitor punctuality and discipline of transport staff.
- Report and escalate transport issues to school administration as needed.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Graduate (preferred), with relevant experience in transport/logistics management.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Good communication skills (Hindi & English).
- Knowledge of local routes in Bhopal.
- Ability to handle emergencies calmly and efficiently.
- Basic computer proficiency (Excel/Google Sheets).

**Work Schedule**:

- Part-Time (Morning & Afternoon school timings; approx. 4-5 hours/day).

**Compensation**:

- As per school norms and experience.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 30 per week

Work Location: In person
