Eva Injection Supervisor

**Min Experience: 3 to 5 years**
**Experience with EVA material is preferred.**

We are seeking An EVA Injection Supervisor who manages and oversees the production process in a facility that uses EVA (Ethylene-Vinyl Acetate) injection molding to manufacture products, like footwear or other molded items.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Production Management**:
Planning and scheduling production activities, monitoring production performance, and ensuring that production targets are met.
- **Quality Control**:
Implementing and maintaining quality control procedures to ensure products meet specified standards and minimize defects.
- **Team Leadership**:
Supervising, training, and mentoring a team of injection molding operators and other personnel.
- **Equipment Management**:
Ensuring proper functioning of injection molding machines and equipment, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating maintenance.
- **Safety and Compliance**:
Ensuring adherence to safety regulations and maintaining a safe working environment.
- **Inventory Management**:
Managing raw materials and finished goods inventory to optimize production.
- **Communication**:
Effectively communicating with other departments (e.g., quality control, maintenance, planning) to ensure smooth production flow.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Strong knowledge of injection molding processes, machines, and equipment.
- Experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Knowledge of quality control procedures and statistical process control (SPC).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to train and mentor team members.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
