**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Supervise Production**: Manage daily production processes, ensuring efficiency and on-time delivery.
- **Machine & Equipment Management**: Operate and maintain injection moulding machines, ensuring smooth operations.
- **Quality Control**: Monitor product quality at every stage and ensure compliance with company standards.
- **Raw Material Handling**: Oversee material usage and ensure a steady supply of quality materials.
- **Team Management**: Lead and train production staff, ensuring productivity and safety.
- **Safety Compliance**: Enforce safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- **Reporting**: Prepare production reports and document all activities.

**Required Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Diploma or degree in Mechanical/Production Engineering or related field.
- **Experience**: 3-5 years in production supervision in the automotive or plastic manufacturing industry.
- **Skills**: Hands-on experience with injection moulding, knowledge of raw materials, strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
