**Job Title**: IT Support Executive

**Salary**: ₹20,000 to ₹23,000 per month.

**Position Overview**:
As an IT Support Executive, you will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, networking, and CCTV-related issues. Your role will involve ensuring smooth and uninterrupted IT operations across the organization and addressing any technical challenges as they arise.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Technical Troubleshooting**: Identify and troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including installation, configuration, and maintenance.
- **Network Support**: Troubleshoot networking issues, ensure network security, and manage network devices such as routers and switches.
- **CCTV Management**: Install, configure, and troubleshoot CCTV systems, ensuring proper functioning and video quality.
- **System Maintenance**: Perform routine maintenance on computers, servers, and other IT equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- **User Support**: Provide technical assistance and support to employees, helping resolve IT issues efficiently and effectively.
- **Documentation**: Maintain records of IT incidents, solutions provided, and any changes made to the systems.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in IT support, including troubleshooting hardware, software, networking, and CCTV systems.
- Strong understanding of Windows operating systems and basic networking concepts.
- Ability to install, configure, and troubleshoot computer systems, network devices, and CCTV setups.
- Good communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- A diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
