
Sales Representative

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our team. The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and closing sales deals. This role requires a self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for exceeding targets.
**Responsibilities**:
Lead Generation: Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs, providing product/service information, and offering solutions to meet their requirements.
Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to closure, including negotiation.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and strategies for growth.
Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by effectively managing sales pipelines and prioritizing opportunities.
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products/services and effectively communicate their features, benefits, and value propositions to potential clients.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts using CRM software.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sales process to ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
Continuous Improvement: Seek feedback, participate in training programs, and continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge to enhance performance and achieve personal and team goals.
**Requirements**:
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written ENGLISH AND HINDI.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Knowledge of CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
