Position Overview:
We are seeking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals for the position of Logistics Trainee. As a Logistics Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training and development programs to acquire the necessary skills and knowledge for a successful career in logistics.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Learning and Development: Participate in training programs to gain a solid understanding of logistics processes, supply chain management, and industry best practices.

2. Documentation: Assist in the preparation and maintenance of shipping documents, inventory records, and other relevant documentation.

3. Coordination: Collaborate with various teams, including warehouse, transportation, and customer service, to ensure smooth and efficient logistics operations.

4. Problem Solving: Learn to identify and address logistics-related issues promptly, proposing effective solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

5. Compliance: Familiarize yourself with industry regulations and company policies to ensure compliance with legal and internal standards.

6. Communication: Develop effective communication skills to liaise with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.

7. Process Improvement: Contribute ideas for process improvement and optimization within the logistics department.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

2. Strong desire to build a long-term career in the logistics industry.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

5. Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.

6. Basic understanding of logistics concepts is a plus.
