**Roles and Skills**:
Vendor Management: Oversee and manage relationships with courier vendors, ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards.- Excel Skills- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align operations with business goals, ensuring a unified approach to service delivery.- Ownership and Accountability: Take full ownership of operational issues, proactively identifying challenges and implementing effective solutions.- Two wheeeler license and two wheeler required- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.- Hindi and English language must to have- Kannada and Telugu added advantage- assist in managing courier vendors and optimizing service delivery- Process Improvement: Contribute ideas for improving operational processes and efficiencies, demonstrating initiative and creativity.- Task Management: Take ownership of assigned tasks and projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.- Reporting: Help prepare reports on vendor performance and operational metrics, presenting findings to the team.
