**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided databases.
- Pitch real estate projects and explain property details effectively.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits with the sales team.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM databases.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential buyers.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 6 months - 2 years in telecalling, preferably in the real estate sector.
- **Education**: Minimum **12th Pass / Graduate** (Any stream).
- **Skills**:

- Excellent verbal communication in **Hindi & English** (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and objections professionally.
- **Target-Oriented**: Must be comfortable in a performance-based sales environment.
- **Basic Computer Knowledge**: Experience with CRM tools and Excel preferred.
