**Job Type**: Full-Time

We are seeking a **dynamic and persuasive Telecaller** to join our Real Estate team. The role involves reaching out to potential clients, explaining property offerings, generating leads, and ensuring excellent customer follow-ups to drive conversions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients regarding real estate projects.
- Explain property details, pricing, and benefits to customers in a convincing manner.
- Maintain and update the client database with accurate information.
- Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling targets and lead generation goals.
- Handle inbound queries professionally and provide prompt assistance.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **6 months - 2 years** of telecalling/inside sales experience (Real Estate preferred).
- Excellent communication & convincing skills in **Hindi and English** (regional language is a plus).
- Ability to handle customer objections confidently.
- Strong target-oriented mindset.
