It is an ever-developing task in a fast-paced environment. SSCBP CIM Team has the responsibility drive daily operation activities for CIM ensuring the product deliveries on time with optimal inventory adherence to CIM Projects completion. **Responsibilities** - Ensure material availability for CIM upgrades - Co-ordinate with Projects, regions, and performance engineering for constant update and revised plan - Mitigate Risk and hurdles in the supply value chain - Reporting out on status of CIM - Inventory Management - Consistently aim for high delivery performance **Qualifications** - Preferably graduate/postgraduate in any technical stream. - 4+ years of experience in global international supply chain functions & Data Analytics. - Should have interest or experience in handling data to extract business insights - Working knowledge in SAP / MS office packages **Competencies** - Good knowledge in SAP (MM, SD module specifically), MS Excel. - Analytical approach towards problem solving (8D, Fishbone etc.) - Basic to Advanced statistical knowledge - Excellent stakeholder management skills - Ability to understand the complex supply chain network and its intricacies - Advanced verbal and written communication skills in English. - Cross cultural understanding is a must - Working style should be well structured, proactive, flexible and persistent. - Ability to communicate complex supply chain information in a simple and transparent manner - Good system and business understanding - Ability to work on Ambiguity to provide clarity and sail through the murky water - Not restricting himself/herself within the Roles & Responsibilities boundaries and willingness to reach out for getting things done - Challenging the status quo **What We offer** **Additional Information** The work location is in Chennai, India. **BEWARE - RECRUITMENT FRAUD** **DEIB Statement** At Vestas, we recognize the value of diversity, equity, and inclusion in driving innovation and success.
