Overview: We are looking for a passionate and creative UI/UX Designer with at least 2 years of experience to join our dynamic team. You will collaborate with product managers, developers, and other designers to create intuitive and engaging user interfaces. Proficiency in Figma is essential for this role. Your creativity, attention to detail, and user-centered design approach will help shape the look and feel of our digital products.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and user needs.
- Design and prototype intuitive user interfaces using Figma, ensuring a seamless user experience across devices.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and incorporate feedback into the design process.
- Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts.

Maintain consistency in visual design, including typography, color palettes, and design systems.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging tools and technologies in UI/UX design.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop innovative design solutions.
- Ensure final designs align with brand guidelines and contribute to a cohesive user experience.

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Figma for creating wireframes, prototypes, and design systems.

Strong portfolio showcasing creative and user-centered designs across web and mobile platforms.
- Excellent understanding of visual design principles such as layout, typography, and color theory.
- Experience in conducting user research, usability testing, and iterative design processes.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines.
- Team player with a positive attitude and a strong attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with other design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision.
- Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and responsive design principles.
- Creative problem solver who is comfortable working independently or in a team environment.
