**The role: Performance Marketer - Google Platforms**

We are looking for a Performance Marketer who can help us enhance brand awareness & generate quality prospects for Kalvium’s various programs - by managing advertising campaigns across all Google ad platforms, including Search, Display, YouTube, and more. The specialist will be responsible for driving targeted traffic, increasing conversions, and maximising ROI by leveraging the full range of Google ad tools and features. Strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of PPC strategies, and adaptability across various ad formats are essential.

**What will you do?**
- Define and execute the SEM & performance marketing strategy across Google platforms to drive brand awareness & customer acquisition
- Strategic planning, ad creation, keyword research, and performance analysis & tweaks to ensure campaigns meet or exceed KPIs.
- User segmentation through a deep understanding of prospects across various geographies & backgrounds.
- Drive initiatives for organic traffic & lead generation through search optimised blog content, Quora answers, and more.
- Test & optimise campaign variables (ad creatives, descriptions, landing pages, etc.)
- Work closely with a range of cross-functional teams - product, design, marketing, and sales to craft highly effective, data driven campaigns on Google platforms
- Audit prospect conversations to improve lead gen & counselling effectivenessIdentifying and testing new channels to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics.

**Requirement**
- 4-6 Years of experience of driving profitable campaigns as a performance marketer / growth hacker for Google Platforms like Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, etc.
- Proven experience in creating effective ad content across various Google ad platforms
- In-depth & hands-on knowledge of setting-up, reviewing and revising campaigns on all key Google platforms
- Practical proficiency in data analysis tools like Google Analytics, Ads Manager & A/B Testing tools to derive actionable insights from campaign performance data
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated expertise in SEO related projects is a bonus
- Good communication skills and collaboration.Good sense of humor :)
