**Reports To: Area Managers / Operations Head**

**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Commis II/III to join our team at Flax Healthy Living, a premium brand known for promoting wellness through clean, natural ingredients. The role involves assisting in food preparation, maintaining kitchen hygiene, and ensuring high-quality dishes are delivered from our cloud kitchen outlets in Mumbai.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the preparation of food items, following standard recipes and guidelines.
- Support in managing kitchen operations, including ingredient preparation, portioning, and presentation.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of workstations, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
- Ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders from the kitchen.
- Monitor stock levels and communicate shortages.
- Help with receiving and proper storage of deliveries.
- Participate in maintaining the kitchen’s overall sanitation and hygiene, including cleaning kitchen tools and equipment.
- Assist in waste management and ensure mínimal food wastage.
- Collaborate with the team to improve kitchen processes and maintain a smooth workflow.

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a health-conscious or fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment, cooking techniques, and food safety.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to the standards and values.
- A passion for healthy eating and natural ingredients is a plus.

**Application Process**:
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Rotational shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
