**Role: Office assistant**
**Job responsibilities: -**
- Secretarial and Administrative support to the HODs.
- Handling incoming calls and communications
- Drafting letters, reports, memos and presentations etc.
- Liasoning with outside Govt. and private agency.
- Preparing MIS, daily, weekly and monthly progress report.
- Update and maintain databases such as mailing lists, contact lists and client information
- Retrieve information when requested
- Organize travel arrangements and itinerary
- Assist with event planning and implementation
- Ensure office equipment is properly maintained and serviced
- Perform work related errands as requested such as going to the post office and bank activities
- Previous office experience of 2-5 years.
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputed institute is required
- Competent computer skills including MS Office or equivalent
- Must be able to perform basic bookkeeping functions and tasks
- Numeracy and literacy skills
**Preferred qualifications**: Your chances of landing this job are higher with these qualifications. Having these specific qualifications while not mandatory will be a plus
- Warm personality with strong communication skills.
- Ability to write clearly and help with word processing when necessary.
- Must have a two-wheeler
- Prior experience in preparation of invoicing, MIS and reports
- Prior experience in software’s like CRM and other tools.
**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

- Day shift

- Patparganj industrial area, Delhi - 110092, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
