**Job Title: BDM ( Modern Workplace )**

**Job Description:

- **

This is an exciting career opportunity for a talented BDM to join. The role is to grow our existing Modern

Workplace business by supporting existing clients across multiple technologies and services.
- Develop, grow, and own the MWP business within your dedicated sales teams
- Articulate and present our MWP go to market proposition and present a view of the vendor strategies and solutions to C level directors at new and existing customers.
- Work with the wider specialist team and the sales teams on identifying, and managing opportunities
- Manage sales engagements from start to finish, including response to tenders
- Input to the design and success of new business sales campaigns
- Ensure customers are maximizing their investment in the above vendors through Bytes
- Forecasting & Managing Pipeline
- Oversee the deal registration processes
- Be the conduit between Bytes, the vendors and distribution on opportunities
- Engage presales resource to technically scope requirements

**Job Specification/ Qualification:

- 3+ Years sales experience
- Knowledge and experience of Unified Communications Technologies
- New business experience and proven success in solution selling
- Graduation or Post graduation

**Core Competencies & Skills**:

- Knowledge and experience of Virtual Desktop and Endpoint Management Technologies
- Competent presenting to Peers and clients
- Able to spot opportunities and act on information given
- Able to train others and impart knowledge effectively
