**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Perform end-to-end **manual UI testing** for a Java-based pricing solution in the **retail domain**, ensuring high-quality user experience across multiple workflows.
- Analyze business and functional requirements to define **acceptance criteria** and design detailed **test scenarios, test cases, and test data**.
- Execute **functional, regression, and UI/UX testing** across multiple browsers and devices to ensure visual and functional consistency.
- Collaborate closely with **Developers, Business Analysts, and Product Owners** within Agile sprints to validate new features and identify issues early.
- Document and maintain **test artifacts** (test cases, test results, regression suites).
- Log, track, and manage defects using standard defect tracking tools, ensuring **timely resolution** with the development team.
- Provide estimates on test effort for planned features and releases.
- Contribute to **process improvement** and best practices in testing.
- Basic knowledge of automation tools/scripting is a **plus**, with openness to learning and contributing to automation efforts over time.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- 3-4 years of experience in **manual UI/functional testing**.
- Hands-on experience in **cross-browser/device testing**.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Knowledge of bug-tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla).
- Good understanding of **software QA methodologies** and practices.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
