About The Opportunity

The QA intern will play a crucial role in helping us ship faster and higher quality products. The intern will work alongside experienced engineers and product managers and contribute to various stages of the development lifecycle, enhancing their skills in debugging, and testing while gaining valuable insights into product releases. Importantly, you will immerse yourself in a collaborative and innovative environment, where we prioritize learning and growth. This role is designed for those who are passionate about technology and eager to enhance their knowledge of product, testing, and scripting. As part of the team, you will also have the chance to participate in brainstorming sessions, project reviews, and other team activities, which will enrich your experience and build your network within the industry.

Role: Quality Assurance Intern (On-Site, Bengaluru)

Role & Responsibilities

- Execute end-to-end manual tests on web and mobile applications across multiple browsers and devices.
- Create, review, and update detailed test cases, test scenarios, and test data aligned to user stories.
- Log, prioritize, and track defects with clear reproduction steps and impact analysis.
- Perform regression testing for every release to safeguard product quality.
- Collaborate daily with developers, product managers, and UX designers to clarify requirements and advocate quality.
- Contribute to QA process improvement by drafting checklists, templates, and knowledge articles.
- Test LLM prompts through provided eval tools.
- Interested in learning simple scripting to automate regression tests.

Skills & Qualifications

- Must-Have
- Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline.
- Fundamental knowledge of software development life cycle and testing methodologies.
- Hands-on experience executing manual test cases in academic or internship projects.
- Excellent analytical skills and high attention to detail.
- Clear verbal and written communication in English.
- Preferred
- Understanding of REST APIs and basic scripting.
