**ROLE SUMMARY**:
**Field Coordinator** will be responsible for supporting the implementation of program in the assigned locations. S/he will also provide technical support to the community mobilizers for quality implementation of the program. The Field Coordinator - Health/Nutrition/Education/Child Protection/Livelihood/Youth reports to the Project Officer and responsible for planning and implementation of different projects at the partner location. This includes capacity building of partner staffs through internal and external resources as required

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Support Project team in implementation of the project.
- Supervise and provide support Community Mobilizers in delivering their tasks.
- Coordinate implementation of the project activities in the field and ensure high impact with children.
- Build capacities of Community Mobilizers on the required areas.
- Provide technical support to Community Mobilizers for consultations with different stakeholders at community level.
- Support in networking with relevant government bodies, national/ local organizations, Youth Clubs, community leaders, gender inclusive learning spaces, community-based forums, etc.
- Ensure quality documentation and reporting of the project activities and outcomes.
- Any other responsibilities as assigned by the Line Manager.

**QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS/COMPETENCIES**
- Graduate in Social Work /Social Sciences/ Management/ other relevant discipline.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in program implementation and training.
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written). Advanced knowledge of local language will be preferred.
- Organised, team player, self-starter and results-oriented individual.
- Be gender sensitive with strong conviction and skills for the empowerment of excluded and disadvantaged children.
- Knowledge of Child and Community Development and specialization in one of the technical thematic area
- MCH/ Nutrition/ Education/ Child protection/ Livelihood etc.
