Key Responsibilities:

- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Invoice Processing: Process invoices, verify transaction details, and ensure timely payment to vendors and service providers.
- Reconciliation: Perform monthly reconciliations of bank statements, vendor accounts, and other financial accounts.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in preparing budgets and financial forecasts to support the company's strategic planning.
- Expense Management: Monitor expenses, track cost allocations, and prepare financial reports to control operational costs.
- Compliance & Audit Support: Ensure compliance with accounting standards and assist in audit preparations and financial reporting.
- Tax Filing & Reporting: Assist with tax calculations, filing, and ensuring timely submission of statutory returns.
- Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow to ensure sufficient funds for daily operations and upcoming expenses.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in an accounting or finance role.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software, such as Tally, QuickBooks, or similar platforms.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Ability to analyze financial data and prepare relevant reports.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Prior experience in a travel agency or tourism-related industry.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other tax regulations relevant to the travel sector.
- Familiarity with payroll processing and employee reimbursements.
- Strong Excel skills for financial analysis and reporting.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
