You'll work closely with facilitators, designers, and users to translate the physical experience of LEGO SERIOUS PLAY into an intuitive and playful online environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Implement gamified mechanics (e.g., storytelling, challenges, feedback loops).
- Create intuitive and visually engaging user interfaces and animations.
- Translate physical LSP workshop elements (e.g., building, metaphors, reflection) into digital interactions.
- Optimize the experience across devices and browsers.
- Integrate real-time collaboration features (e.g., chat, shared boards, or 3D environments).
- Work with 2D/3D libraries (e.g., Three.js, Babylon.js, Unity WebGL if embedded).
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers and creative facilitators.
- Write clean, modular, and scalable code.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong proficiency in **JavaScript, TypeScript**, and modern front-end frameworks (e.g., **React**, **Vue**, or **Angular**).
- Experience with game engines (e.g., **Unity**, **Phaser**, **Godot**, or **WebGL** frameworks).
- Knowledge of real-time systems (e.g., **WebSockets**, **SignalR**, or **Firebase Realtime DB**).
- Understanding of game design principles, especially those that support learning and engagement.
- Experience in 2D/3D web development (e.g., Three.js, SVG animations, CSS transitions).
- Familiarity with Agile development and collaborative tools.

**Desirable (Bonus) Skills**:

- Experience in **serious games**, **edtech**, or **collaborative workshop tools**.
- Familiarity with LEGO SERIOUS PLAY methodology or facilitation.
- Background in human-centered design or psychology.
- Experience building drag-and-drop interfaces or interactive storytelling tools.
