Job Responsibilities
- Work on web app UI/UX, ensuring seamless cross-platform experiences.
- Develop and execute user research, wireframes, prototypes, and user flows for new features.
- Improve the user experience and overall engagement, focusing on customer retention and conversions.
- Work closely with developers, product managers, and marketing teams to align design with business objectives.
- Create modern, visually appealing, and highly functional designs that provide an outstanding user experience.
- Optimize UI/UX for customer acquisition, retention, and growth, ensuring best design practices.
- Conduct usability testing and A/B testing to refine product designs.
- Stay up to date with latest design trends, UI/UX best practices, and mobile/web app innovations.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and other industry-standard design tools.
- Strong understanding of iOS Human Interface Guidelines and Android Material Design principles.
- Experience in user research, journey mapping, wireframing, and prototyping.
- Ability to improve customer engagement through data-driven design decisions.
- Familiarity with designing for conversions, user onboarding, and customer acquisition.
- Strong collaboration skills with development teams to ensure seamless implementation.
- Automotive repair industry experience is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience designing AI-powered user experiences in mobile apps.
- Strong knowledge of responsive web design and progressive web apps (PWAs).
- Background in automotive repair, roadside assistance, or related industries.
- Understanding of user analytics and UX performance optimization.
