**Scope of Work**
- Review and validate assessment items for **conceptual accuracy**, **alignment with learning objectives**, and appropriate **Bloom's Taxonomy levels**.
- Edit and enhance questions to improve **clarity**, **accuracy**, and **relevance**.
- Replace underperforming multiple-choice questions (MCQs) with **well-crafted, high-quality questions**.
- Provide **detailed notes** explaining corrections made to questions and the rationale for these changes.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Ensure all assessment items meet established quality and accuracy standards.
- Develop MCQs with rationales across varying complexities of Bloom's Taxonomy.
- Create comprehensive notes to support edits, ensuring transparency and justification for changes.

**Skills Required**:

- Strong expertise in **assessment authoring** and **editing**, with attention to detail for identifying and correcting errors.
- Ability to craft **high-quality MCQs** across various cognitive levels.
- Solid understanding of **educational assessment principles**.
- Proficiency in **data modeling** and **MySQL** to validate content accuracy.
- Excellent written communication skills to articulate changes and rationale effectively.

**Educational Background**
- **MS (preferred)** or **BS (required)** in **Software Development**, **Computer Science**, **Information Technology**, or a related discipline.
- Minimum **seven (7) years of programming experience**, including **five (5) years in conceptual data modeling and MySQL**.

**Compensation**
- **Rate per Question Item**: INR 150 (includes question stem, four answer options, and rationales).
- For validation-only tasks: INR 70 per item.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
