Hi,

We are in the process of hiring Part time work from home Question & Answer Expert for our US based client. It's a process where you need to solve questions for US Students Upto Graduation / Post Graduation level.

**Job description**:

- **
- Subject Matter Experts need to provide solutions, following the defined guideline upto Graduation level.
- Good Time management skills and ability to work with Deadlines.
- Earning potential will be as good as your speed of providing high quality solutions.
- Work From Home ( Freelance)

**Subjects Opening**: -** Statistics and Probability, Advanced math, Chemical engineering, Mechanical engineering, Operations management

**Shift Window**: -** 24*7 Rotational

**Working Hours : -** 6 Hours or 8 Hours

**Working Days : -** 7 Days ( 2 Rotational Week Off )

**Essential Competencies: -**
- Excellent English communication skills (Reading/writing).
- Experience of teaching/tutoring/ Content Developer can be considered.
- Education Qualification - Graduate/Post Graduate
- Hands on experience in surfing the Internet, using search tools like Google etc.

**Mandatory Guidelines to be followed: -**
- Handwritten Solutions are not acceptable while working on a portal.

**Selection Process: -**
- Online Test & English Test
- Final Round

**Payment to Experts basis Utilization Hours (INR)**
- Advanced Math's -295
- Chemical engineering-295
- Mechanical engineering-295
- Operations management -190
- Statistics & Probability-190

TARGET
- Expert has to ensure that they **answer 9 questions in 8 hours shift and 7 questions in 6 hours** **shift**.
- **Expert will be paid Rs 100 per waiting hour when there are no questions in queue for more than 15 mins.**:

- **Utilization Hours are hours spent on platform Answering Questions. Other activities on platform will not be considered under utilization hours.**:

- **Expert has to ensure that they answer as per the target below. Failure to meet this target will result in strictest action.**
