**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and generate new sales leads through cold calling, networking, and client referrals.
- Understand client needs and recommend appropriate printing and branding solutions.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Coordinate with internal design and production teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM software.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the company.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the printing, branding, or advertising industry.
- Strong understanding of printing processes, materials, and branding solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally to meet clients.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Degree or diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

**Compensation**:

- Base salary + attractive commission structure
