This role requires **to travel across major metro cities in India**, meeting key stakeholders and ensuring consistent brand presence and growth in multiple regions.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Identify and approach potential clients such as doctors, hospitals, and corporate partners.
- Conduct regular field visits to generate leads and build long-term professional relationships.
- Present company services and proposals to potential clients and decision-makers.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase visibility and sales.
- Maintain strong follow-up with clients to ensure successful business tie-ups.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly marketing and sales targets.
- Attend medical events, conferences, or networking sessions when required.
- Prepare regular reports on field activities, client feedback, and market insights.

**Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or Marketing**.
- 1-3 years of experience as a **Medical Representative** or in **healthcare/diagnostics marketing** preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and travel extensively across India.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and goal-oriented professional.
