This is a dynamic, target-driven sales role offering a performance-based incentive structure. As a key member of our client engagement team, you'll play a vital role in connecting with individuals seeking solutions for hair-related concerns and guiding them toward expert consultation and care.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Proactively reach out to potential clients via outbound calls, leveraging leads generated from social media campaigns and other digital channels.
- Engage in thoughtful conversations to understand each client's specific hair-related concerns, including the duration and onset of their issues.
- Accurately capture client details and insights into our CRM system, ensuring seamless scheduling of complimentary consultations.
- Maintain consistent and strategic follow-up to maximize conversion opportunities and build trust with potential clients.
- Confidently address queries or concerns, and handle objections with professionalism and empathy.
- Consistently strive to meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A goal-oriented individual with a passion for client interaction and problem-solving.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt conversations based on client needs.
- Logical thinker with a proactive mindset and quick decision-making ability.
- Highly empathetic and customer-centric, with a genuine desire to deliver a top-tier experience at every touchpoint.
- Previous experience in telecalling, sales, or healthcare consulting is a plus.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹37,000.00 per month
